Alexander has more than 20 years of practical experience as a manager and leadership trainer. He is a fan of agile thinking and working methods, but for him "agility" is neither the solution to all problems nor do agile methods suit all employees. That's why Alexander talks openly about what works and what doesn't in the agile and traditional leadership worlds.His events all have a high practical and, above all, exercise content and promote personal responsibility and self-organization of all participants. Career and expertise
After his studies, Alexander completed a one-year full-time training as a personnel and organizational developer including trainer training. Initially, he gained several years of practical experience as a manager, project manager and HR developer in an international corporation before coming into contact with agile methods and ways of working as the country managing director of a digital startup.Alexander understands how to combine the agile and classic leadership worlds and how to convey tried-and-tested do`s and don`ts for everyday leadership in an entertaining way.
