Fascination
Christine came to this conclusion, loosely based on Watzlawick, at the latest when she realized that you can achieve more even with small children if you can communicate the benefits of a measure to them in a way that is appropriate for the recipient. Since then, selling in all situations has been the focus of her work as a sales and leadership trainer.Even work and time management in the home office, one of Christine's main topics, cannot do without the skills of leadership and sales, and so this highly topical subject perfectly complements her range of services.
Her clients can be found in lower and middle management levels, in the internal and external services of sales organizations and everywhere else where you need to be able to argue close to people at all times. When they succeed in looking at the world through their counterparts' glasses, arguments become solutions. Experiencing how her customers master this step fascinates Christine anew every day.
Career and expertise
Fifteen years ago, Christine left a well-paid job in marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry and embarked on an adventure of reorientation, further education and self-employment.As a chemist, it was in her blood to get to the bottom of the world by asking questions. She deepened this ability in a coaching training (NSH Basel) and later as an adult educator (FHNW Basel). Every day, she hones her tools while working with training participants from sales and other highly service-oriented functions.
